About the Role Reporting into the Head of Profit Protection, the Regional Profit Protection Manager will play a key part in identifying areas of risk and loss within Glue Store. As the Regional Profit Protection Manager, you will liaise with key stakeholders of the business including GM Retail Operations, National Operations Managers and State Managers to assist with reducing losses across the business, continuously raising awareness in stores whilst maintaining Brand Integrity. About the role Black Line is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join the team. Job Tasks and Responsibilities Key responsibilities include but are not limited to Managing project development from initiation to closure. Accountability for project results ie being on time, on budget etc. Working with clients and other stakeholders to complete scope, goals, deliverables, required resourcing budgets and timelines (in line with company policies). Completing detailed project breakdowns to estimate and manage resources for all tasks in the lifecycle. Tracking and reporting on project milestones and provide status reports to the Client. Managing (and minimising) unnecessary client-initiated project changes. Ensuring all project documents are safely archived throughout the project and following project completion. Health and safety compliance. Skills and experience 12 months experience in Project Management or Retail. Must have a current drivers licence. Black Line greatly values initiative and mature decision making. The successful applicant will be willing and able to travel at least once a fortnight and contribute as a high functioning team member within a fast paced office.
