Can I just email my resume directly to employment agencies?
Most larger employment agencies use sophisticated databases to search for an identify candidates that match the needs of employers. You need to register on staffing agency websites in order for your resume to be uploaded into their talent database. What should I expect from a employment agency if I am short-listed for a role?

How do temping agencies make their money?

How long does it take to hire a temp?
